Trade Entry Points

Buy Signals

  1. Price Position: Ensure the price is above the moving averages.
  2. CCI Indicator: Look for 3 or 4 blue boxes on the CCI indicator (avoid 1 or 2 boxes).
  3. Retracement Finder (RF): Confirm an RF switch on the Retracement Finder indicator during the same candle as the CCI confirmation. This is signalled by an upward red bar.
  4. Entry Timing: Enter the trade at the close of the setup bar.

Sell Signals

  1. Price Position: Ensure the price is below the moving averages.
  2. CCI Indicator: Look for 3 or 4 red boxes on the CCI indicator (avoid 1 or 2 boxes).
  3. Retracement Finder (RF): Confirm an RF switch on the Retracement Finder indicator during the same candle as the CCI confirmation. This is signalled by a downward red bar.
  4. Entry Timing: Enter the trade at the close of the setup bar.

Note: An RF switch occurs when the Retracement Finder histogram bar changes from positive to negative or vice versa, as highlighted in the image below. The circled bars indicate RF switches.

Re-Entry Trades

Re-enter the market to capitalize on additional opportunities within the same trend direction:

Down-Trend Re-Entry

  1. CCI Indicator: From the initial entry, 3 or 4 red boxes turn to 1, 2, or 3 blue boxes, then revert back to 3 or 4 red boxes.
  2. RF Confirmation: An RF switch occurs on the same bar confirming the re-entry signal.

Up-Trend Re-Entry

  1. CCI Indicator: From the initial entry, 3 or 4 blue boxes turn to 1, 2, or 3 red boxes, then revert back to 3 or 4 blue boxes.
  2. RF Confirmation: An RF switch occurs on the same bar confirming the re-entry signal.
